Counter-Notice:

If you believe material you posted was wrongly removed due to a DMCA claim, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address with:

  1. Identification of the removed material and its prior location
  2. A statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
  3. Your name, address, phone number, and consent to jurisdiction in the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or Bucks County, Pennsylvania if outside the United States)

Repeat Infringer Policy:

The Company may terminate accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act and other applicable laws.
